Where do you ship?

At the moment Osiris Computers only ship to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. We have had enquiries from Europe and the Americas and we're eager to offer shipping to those areas but it's not something we are able to offer at the moment

 

What is your return process?

To return an item you will need to be issued with an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number. The best way to carry this out is via our Live Chat feature (in the bottom right of your screen).

Please package the goods appropriately and ship them in a separate outer box with the RMA number clearly visible.

30 Days/Acception Period - UK?

If the goods are defective, you have the right to reject them (do not match the description, are not of satisfactory quality, or are not fit for purpose). You have up to 30 days to inspect the goods and notify us of any flaws. You have the option of requesting a full refund (including shipping costs) or a repair/replacement of the faulty product.

Please include all packaging, cables, manuals, drivers, and protective bags if returning for a refund. Accessories and promotional items are part of the order and must be returned in order to receive a full refund.
